Shareholder Update – JP Jenkins Trading Facility
Carlisle Support Services Group Limited would like to inform shareholders that, following a review of trading activity in the Company's shares, the Board has taken the decision to withdraw the Company's shares from the JP Jenkins share trading platform with effect from 11 September 2026.
The withdrawal from JP Jenkins does not affect shareholders' ownership of their shares, the rights attaching to those shares, or the Company's ongoing commitment to maintaining open and transparent communication with shareholders.
The Company would like to thank JP Jenkins for its support and would also like to thank shareholders for their continued support of Carlisle Support Services Group Limited. Further shareholder updates and corporate communications will continue to be made available through the Company's website.
