Powder Monkey Group Limited Announces Appointment of David Malcolm South MBE as Non Executive Director
London, UK, 22 September 2026 - Powder Monkey Group Limited (PMGL:JPJ), announces the appointment of David South MBE as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 22 September 2026.
David has been involved with the hospitality industry for over 25 years combining this with his Chairmanship of the £150m turnover Faithdean plc which he founded in 1977.
His involvement with Sports, notably Hockey and Soccer together with his Freeman of the City of London status bring PMG a well respected City figure and further reinforces the balance of skill sets added to one of the fastest growing Beverage and Brewing companies in both the UK and Australia.
David has worked and invested in both the UK and Middle East with the Chairman Mike McGeever for over 30 years and APAC Director Ben Twomey for over 25 years.
PMG earlier this year announced the appointment of Andy Higginson, former Director of Tesco and Chairman of Morrisons who is assisting the company in its addition of large volume clientele. Further announcements have included the raise of up to £2m for the fulfillment of significant demand in India and the USA.
The Company is also preparing for this new share subscription to be launched in Q3 2026, with trading available via the JP Jenkins secondary market platform.
